‍Δείτε το Newsletter online ‍ ‍Τρίτη ημέρα σήμερα για το 24ο Πανελλήνιο Διαβητολογικό Συνέδριο, με ποικιλία διαλέξεων, στρογγυλών τραπεζιών και επιστημονικών αντιπαραθέσεων σε ενδιαφέροντα θέματα ολιστικής παρακολούθησης των ατόμων με διαβήτη. ‍Η ημέρα ξεκίνησε πάλι με την παρουσίαση Προφορικών Ανακοινώσεων και ακολούθησε στις δύο παράλληλες αίθουσες του συνεδρίου μια δυναμική συνέχεια με το στρογγυλό τραπέζι του Ελληνικού Οργανισμού Εγκεφαλικών, όπου αναπτύχθηκε η «Παθοφυσιολογία και Πρόληψη του Ισχαιμικού Αγγειακού Εγκεφαλικού Επεισοδίου στον Διαβητικό Ασθενή» και η Διάλεξη για την επίδραση του περιβάλλοντος και των ενδοκρινικών διαταρακτών στον μεταβολισμό. Εξίσου αξιόλογη ήταν και η συνέχεια με το Συμπόσιο για τα Σύγχρονα Διατροφικά Θέματα που σχετίζονται με τον σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. ‍Η επιστημονική αντιπαράθεση για τη χρησιμότητα της μέτρησης της γλυκόζης στην 1η ώρα κατά την OGTT για τη διάγνωση της ενδιάμεσης υπεργλυκαιμίας/ΣΔ ήταν άκρως ενδιαφέρουσα και διαφωτιστική για το ζήτημα αυτό, το οποίο έχει επικαιροποιηθεί και στις φετινές κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες της ΕΔΕ. Η Διάλεξη για τη σχέση διαβήτη και διαταραχών ύπνου, από τη σκοπιά του ψυχιάτρου αλλά και του πνευμονολόγου, συγκέντρωσε μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον. ‍Η παχυσαρκία, η μάστιγα της εποχής, δεν έλειψε ούτε από τη σημερινή θεματολογία. Στο Στρογγυλό Τραπέζι της ΕΛΕΜΕΔ αναπτύχθηκαν οι σύγχρονοι προβληματισμοί στη διαχείρισή της. Παρουσιάστηκαν όλα τα νέα δεδομένα στο Συμπόσιο για τους νέους δείκτες καρδιαγγειακού κινδύνου και τις νέες τεχνολογίες παρακολούθησης στον ΣΔτ1, όπως είναι η συνεχής καταγραφή κετονών. ‍Επιπλέον, αναπτύχθηκαν θέματα σχετικά με την υπέρταση στον ΣΔ (τη διάγνωση και εξατομικευμένη αντιμετώπισή της), τη γλυκαιμική μεταβλητότητα και τη λιποϋπερτροφία, μια πολύ υποτιμημένη αλλά σημαντική επιπλοκή της ινσουλινοθεραπείας, που συμβάλλει στην πτωχή ρύθμιση των ατόμων με διαβήτη. ‍Μεγάλη ήταν η προσέλευση στη διαδραστική συζήτηση περιστατικών στον διαβήτη, την υπέρταση και τη δυσλιπιδαιμία, αλλά και στην επιστημονική αντιπαράθεση για τις οικονομικές & κοινωνικές διαστάσεις του διαβήτη. Επιπρόσθετα, αναπτύχθηκε λεπτομερώς το ζήτημα του αν χρειάζεται και πότε να μετρώνται τα επίπεδα ινσουλίνης αίματος κατά τη διενέργεια OGTT και πώς τα διαχειριζόμαστε. ‍Αναγνωρίζοντας τον ρόλο της ΠΦΥ, συζητήθηκε η συμβολή της στη διαχείριση και αντιμετώπιση της νόσου, με έμφαση στους ηλικιωμένους και τους κοινωνικά ευάλωτους ασθενείς με διαβήτη. ‍Η διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση της μεταβολικά σχετιζόμενης στεατωτικής νόσου του ήπατος (MASLD) ήταν ένα ακόμα θέμα που συγκέντρωσε μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον, δεδομένου ότι αναπτύχθηκε από τους πλέον ειδικούς στον χώρο. ‍Προς το τέλος του επιστημονικού προγράμματος, παρουσιάστηκαν όλα τα νεότερα δεδομένα για τη μακροπρόθεσμη ασφάλεια των GLP-1RA και των συνδυασμών τους όσον αφορά τη σαρκοπενία, την επίδραση στο πάγκρεας, τους οφθαλμούς και την ψυχική σφαίρα. ‍Η ημέρα διανθίστηκε και με αρκετά Δορυφορικά Συμπόσια και Διαλέξεις των Φαρμακευτικών Εταιρειών που συνδράμουν στην επιτυχία του Συνεδρίου, τις οποίες ευχαριστούμε για τη συνεχιζόμενη και ουσιαστική υποστήριξη στην επιτυχία του συνεδρίου. Το έργο της εστιάζει σε αφανείς φωνές και αθέατες ιστορίες, δίνοντας έμφαση στην εν συναίσθησή, και την ανάγκη για ορατότητα. Η καλλιτεχνική της πορεία περιλαμβάνει εκθέσεις φωτογραφίας, ανεξάρτητες παραγωγές, δημιουργία event, συνεργασίες με κοινωνικούς φορείς και κινηματογραφικά projects που στοχεύουν στην ευαισθητοποίηση του κοινού.

Προκαταρκτικό Πρόγραμμα – 24ο Πανελλήνιο Διαβητολογικό Συνέδριο (2026)

Ο Σύνδεσμος Φαρμακευτικών Επιχειρήσεων Ελλάδος (ΣΦΕΕ) υλοποιεί καμπάνια Φαρμακοεπαγρύπνησης με τίτλο «Μαζί για την ασφάλεια – Εσύ το ανέφερες;»,  υπό την αιγίδα του Εθνικού Οργανισμού Φαρμάκων (ΕΟΦ).

Η καμπάνια έχει αμιγώς ενημερωτικό και εκπαιδευτικό χαρακτήρα και αποσκοπεί στην ανάδειξη της σημασίας της αναφοράς ανεπιθύμητων ενεργειών από επαγγελματίες υγείας και ασθενείς μέσω της «Κίτρινης Κάρτας», συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στην ενίσχυση της ασφάλειας των φαρμάκων και της προστασίας της δημόσιας υγείας.

σας ενημερώνουμε για την παρουσίαση της 3ης έκδοσης του συλλογικού έργου «Κλινική Διατροφή» από τις Ιατρικές Εκδόσεις ΒΗΤΑ, την Πέμπτη 19 Φεβρουαρίου 2026 και ώρα 19:00, στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών.

Την εκδήλωση θα συντονίσει η κα Αντωνία Τριχοπούλου, ενώ θα συμμετάσχουν με ομιλίες καταξιωμένοι επιστήμονες, σε μια βραδιά αφιερωμένη στη σύγχρονη κλινική γνώση και τον ρόλο της διατροφής στην ιατρική πράξη.
